We are looking for a experienced Head Chef
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
- Design and update menus in line with restaurant concept and seasonal availability.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
- Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation for consistency.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure proper storage and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all UAE food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards).
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and introduce innovative dishes to enhance customer experience.
- Handle special events, banquets, and catering requests as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume or fine dining environment (5+ years preferred).
- Formal culinary training or equivalent experience; international exposure is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, menu development, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with UAE food safety and labor regulations.
- Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
