Overview
Front-of-house ambassador for a globally recognized, high-volume dining brand. You’ll command the door, orchestrate waitlists, and set the first impression. Join one of the top hospitality companies operating in the Middle East. Fluency in English and one other European language is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead podium operations, guest flow, and seating strategy in a high-traffic setting
- Manage reservations, VIP notes, and table allocations to protect pacing
- Coach a hostess team on greeting standards, phone/email etiquette, and appearance
- Partner with floor and bar managers to balance turns and VIP priorities
- Handle guest recovery with grace and urgency
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ luxury-hospitality experience (hostess/guest relations leadership)
- Impeccable grooming.
- Excellent English; Spanish/Russian/Italian or another European language required
- Confident with reservation systems and high-volume door management
- Calm, organized, and decisive under pressure
