As Qazaq restaurant group continues to grow, we’re looking for a strong culinary leader to oversee and elevate kitchen operations across multiple outlets. This is a key role for someone who thrives on building systems, leading teams, and ensuring consistency and excellence — especially in high-volume breakfast service.
We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced, and highly organized Kitchen Operations Head Chef to take full ownership of BOH operations across 5+ outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations across all branches to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Lead and mentor Head Chefs and Sous Chefs across multiple locations
- Implement and monitor SOPs, hygiene protocols, and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Control food cost, prep levels, waste, and purchasing across all outlets
- Standardize recipes and ensure consistent execution of the menu — with a strong focus on breakfast production and service
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and R&D teams on new product rollouts and kitchen innovation
- Regularly audit each outlet to ensure performance, cleanliness, and compliance
- Manage staffing needs, training, and development of BOH teams in collaboration with HR
Ideal Background
- Proven experience in a multi-outlet BOH leadership role (5+ locations)
- Strong track record in breakfast-focused operations (brunch concepts, cafes, or hotel breakfast kitchens)
- Deep understanding of kitchen systems, workflows, cost control, and labor management
- Skilled in building teams, training kitchen staff, and rolling out standards across locations
- Comfortable working with operational data, reporting, and quality control systems
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- Passionate about clean kitchens, fast-paced breakfast service, and operational excellence
