Job Description
- Maximizes portfolio efficiency – Spends, ENR across segments
- Analyses and presents portfolio trends identifying intervention opportunities.
- Works with Acquiring & Digital to drive proposition at POS & communicate relevant offers using AI based tools
- Establishes leadership in eCommerce & Contactless payments – being the future. Develops usage across segments and merchants with appropriate schemes
- Ensures high activation
- Manages retention using predictive tools & retention schemes
- Manages Loyalty Platform Cards CX – cost, engagement, CVP
- Analyses portfolio in depth & initiates appropriate interventions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree related discipline.
- Strong Analytics
- Project management
- IN depth understanding of Cards P&L
