Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the company’s presence in target markets.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Take ownership of achieving both individual and team sales targets.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals to scale revenue growth.
- Lead market research efforts to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
- Drive product promotion, marketing initiatives, and brand positioning to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Support strategic initiatives including financial planning, licensing, compliance, and external partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.
- Provide management with regular reports, insights, and recommendations on market performance and expansion progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or a similar role in the [forex/financial services] industry.
- Strong understanding of market operations, sales strategies, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel and participate in industry events as required
