We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager / Team Leader to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who has been a top closer themselves and knows how to build and lead a sales team from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Develop sales strategies and targets aligned with our business goals
- Train and support agents to close deals more effectively
- Manage lead distribution and follow-up process (CRM usage)
- Coordinate with developers to secure inventory and project access
- Report directly to the CEO on weekly progress and KPIs
✅ Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Proven track record in closing high-ticket deals (off-plan/resale)
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Farsi and other Languages are a plus)
- Well-connected with developers and agencies in the city
- Ability to work independently and drive results
