We are hiring a Holistic Chef or Culinary Nutritionist to lead the menu at our health-focused café in Muwailah. Ideal candidates have experience with clean eating, plant-based meals, and wellness-based cooking.
Responsibilities:
Design and prepare a nutritious café menu (breakfast, bowls, smoothies, etc.)
Use seasonal, whole-food ingredients
Cater to dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, low-carb, etc.)
Maintain high kitchen hygiene and food quality.
Coordinating with dietician & nutrition, meals plan charting.
