Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the process of purchasing new homes, from initial inquiry to closing
- Present and promote residential properties, including villas, apartments, and off-plan developments
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features, amenities, and community benefits
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable housing options
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, developers, and referral partners
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and legal documentation
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s residential communities and lifestyle offerings
- Tech-savvy with CRM and property listing platforms
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
