Job Title: Hostess
Job Summary:
As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of guests into the dining area. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive and bid farewell as they leave.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.
Communicate with guests to understand their seating preferences and special requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the hostess stand and entrance area.
Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure timely seating and service.
Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations during busy periods.
Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Uphold company policies and procedures regarding guest interactions and service standards.
Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests by contributing to the overall ambiance of the establishment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Positive attitude and team player mentality.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
