Job Summary
The Hotel Contracting Manager will be responsible for negotiating and managing hotel contracts, securing competitive rates, and building strong relationships with hoteliers and business partners. The role requires ensuring product competitiveness, developing exclusive offers and group promotions, and overseeing all contract documentation and compliance. The Manager will also conduct site inspections, maintain strategic partnerships, and implement procedures and policies that align with business goals and KPIs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Negotiate hotel contracts, ensuring competitive rates for FITs and groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Develop and implement group promotions, exclusive offers, and flexible terms and conditions.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements are compliant and properly documented.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure hotel standards and quality.
- Monitor market competitiveness and adjust strategies to maintain an edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales budgets and business KPIs.
- Track performance of contracted hotels and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Establish governance mechanisms to ensure alignment across subsidiaries and holding companies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the tourism, hospitality, or travel industry.
- Proven track record in hotel contracting, negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong product knowledge of hotels and destination markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
