Ikonic Limousine is looking for a Hotel Supervisor to manage and coordinate premium limousine services for hotel guests. If you have a background in hospitality and a passion for delivering seamless VIP transport experiences, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison between partner hotels and our limousine team
* Ensure timely and professional handling of hotel guest bookings and VIP transfers
* Supervise chauffeurs assigned to hotel duties and monitor service quality
* Coordinate daily schedules, dispatching, and special guest requests
* Handle last-minute changes or guest concerns efficiently
* Maintain strong relationships with hotel concierge teams and front desk staff
* Prepare daily activity reports and assist in improving service operations
Requirements:
*Valid own Visa Mendatory
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel or hospitality supervisory role (experience in transport or concierge services is a plus)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Dubai/UAE roads and major hotel locations is preferred
* Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
* Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
