Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE labour regulations
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Maintain HR documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Conduct training, appraisals, and staff development initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning
- Support licensing, visa processing and staff credentialing (DHA)
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance
- Experience in using HR and admin-related software systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
