We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Executive to support the HR department in managing the full employee lifecycle across our F&B retail outlets. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance & payroll coordination, compliance, and supporting a positive work culture aligned with company values.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate with outlet managers to understand staffing needs.
- Post job ads, screen CVs, schedule and conduct initial interviews.
- Assist in recruitment for frontline roles such as waiters, baristas, chefs, and cashiers.
- Coordinate job offers, employment contracts, and visa processing with PRO/admin team.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners.
- Organize orientation sessions on company policies, hygiene, dress code, and customer service standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Monitor employee engagement and morale at outlet level.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in coordination with outlet supervisors.
4. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Collect and verify timesheets/attendance from outlets.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll for monthly salary processing.
- Track overtime, leaves, and absences accurately.
5. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date employee files (digital and physical).
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and health & safety regulations.
- Assist with renewal of contracts, visas, insurance, and other employment documentation.
6. Performance Management
- Track probation reviews and appraisal timelines.
- Support outlet managers in conducting performance evaluations.
- Assist in staff promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in HR, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Proficient in MS Office / HR software (Zoho, Bayzat, etc.)
- People-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
