About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in human resources, preferably within the construction or contracting industry, and must be fluent in both Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company and legal requirements
- Draft and issue HR letters, memos, warning letters, NOCs, etc.
- Handle employee relations and provide support in resolving staff queries
- Coordinate with PRO on visa, labor, and immigration processes
- Monitor attendance and leave records; support payroll preparation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
- Support HR audits and documentation for ISO or regulatory needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
