Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
- Coordinate employee training, safety compliance, and performance reviews
- Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and support disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Administrative:
- Oversee general office administration and supplies management
- Prepare and manage contracts, letters, and official HR documentation
- Support project sites with manpower scheduling and coordination
- Maintain personnel files, daily reports, and HR databases
- Liaise with government departments for permits, labor clearances, etc.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
