We’re Hiring – HR Executive -Real Estate Sector | Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our growing real estate company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Coordinate visa processing, insurance, and HR-related PRO tasks
- Oversee attendance, payroll support, and leave management
- Support management in performance evaluations and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Experience in HR is required
- UAE real estate sector experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
