Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and organizing employee visa and labor documentation
- Support PRO/Government Relations team with government-related tasks
- Coordinate with internal HR for onboarding and legal compliance
- Help maintain accurate records of employee government files
- Support in preparing documentation required in Final Settlement Process
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Note: Candidates who are on their own visa/dependent visa are preferred.
