What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
- Maintain employee records, handle contracts, and oversee HR documentation
- Support performance management and employee development processes
- Coordinate team-building activities and contribute to creating a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and recruitment (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment tools/platforms, CRM
- Positive attitude and passion for working with people
