Job Description:
An HR Officer plays a vital role in managing the employee life cycle, from recruiting and onboarding talent to handling employee relations and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies while working closely with management to foster an inclusive and productive work environment. Your role involves various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, guiding employees through HR processes, and supporting talent management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business strategies and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee records and data management systems.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role in human resources department.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage varied HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff.
- Ability to handle information confidentially and with the highest level of integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software for data management and reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
