About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support the full spectrum of HR operations across three group companies. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE labor laws and HR best practices, capable of handling end-to-end HR functions—from visa processing to employee onboarding, payroll, exit formalities, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR activities across three companies
- Manage visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in line with UAE regulations
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of new employees, ensuring proper documentation and orientation
- Administer monthly payroll, including attendance records, overtime, and deductions
- Execute offboarding processes, including final settlements, exit interviews, and visa cancellations
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Track leave balances, monitor attendance, and handle HR documentation efficiently
- Address employee queries and provide timely HR support
- Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably handling multiple business units
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa, and immigration processes
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities across different entities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
