Job Overview:
We seek a motivated and proactive FEMALE HR Administrator and recruiter handling her own visa to support and streamline our HR functions, including administrative duties and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
- Prepare and organize HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks.
- Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, insurance, and other HR-related activities.
- Handle employee queries related to policies, leave, and benefits.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including conducting orientation sessions.
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company website, etc.).
- Source candidates through databases, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Review applications and conduct initial screenings (phone or video interviews).
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Assist in drafting and sending offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and report on key hiring metrics.
- Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in HR administration and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
