Our client, a reputed strategy and business development company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in HubSpot (and potentially other CRM platforms) to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of CRM systems. This role is critical in aligning CRM functionalities with business needs, enhancing process efficiency, and ensuring seamless adoption across sales, marketing, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM architecture, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Implementation & Optimization
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot CRM and potentially other platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Analyze business processes and recommend CRM solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customize CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation based on business requirements.
Business Process Analysis & Solution Design
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Develop and document CRM best practices, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure CRM system scalability and integration with other business tools (ERP, marketing automation, analytics, etc.).
Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure CRM data integrity, accuracy, and segmentation for better decision-making.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance lead management, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Training & Support
- Train and support end-users to maximize CRM adoption and usage.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve system-related problems.
- Provide ongoing guidance on CRM enhancements and new feature implementations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the key point of contact between business users and technical teams to ensure CRM alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline workflows and improve customer experience.
- Recommend third-party apps and integrations to enhance CRM functionality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or CRM Specialist, preferably with HubSpot (experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRMs is a plus).
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub configurations.
- Experience with API integrations, third-party applications, and CRM reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to train and support end-users in CRM adoption.
- HubSpot certification(s) is a plus
