We are seeking a results-oriented Immigration Sales Consultant with a proven track record in the UAE's competitive immigration industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into clients by providing expert advice on various immigration pathways, assessing eligibility, and effectively communicating our service value. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them with confidence and empathy through the initial stages of their immigration journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Proactively respond to and follow up on inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms in a timely and professional manner.
- Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations (in-person, telephonic, or virtual) to understand clients' immigration goals and personal circumstances.
- Eligibility Assessment: Evaluate client profiles against the latest immigration criteria for various countries and programs (e.g., Skilled Migration, Business/Investor Visas, Family Sponsorship).
- Sales & Conversion: Present and sell suitable immigration services, clearly explaining the processes, timelines, and associated fees. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Building Rapport: Establish strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients, providing them with accurate and honest guidance.
- Knowledge Maintenance: Stay current with changes in immigration laws, policies, and application procedures for key destination countries.
- Documentation & CRM: Collect initial required documents, ensure client agreements are completed accurately, and maintain meticulous records of all interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the case processing and legal teams to ensure a seamless handover of signed clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of direct experience as an Immigration Sales Consultant or a similar role within the UAE.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the immigration consultancy sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of popular immigration programs, particularly for Canada (Express Entry, PNPs), Australia (Skilled Migration), the UK, and the USA.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sales Acumen: Proficient in sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must be empathetic, persuasive, and highly professional in all client interactions.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in additional languages such as English ,Hindi, Urdu, is a significant advantage.
- Experience with a wider range of immigration programs.
