Job Title: In-House Sales Executive – Training Institute
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)
Company Overview:
We are a leading professional training institute in Dubai, delivering internationally recognized programs across various industries. We are looking for a motivated In-House Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive enrollment for our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell training courses to individual and corporate clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and invoices for corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the training department for smooth course delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE training/education sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- English fluency is a must; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
