HolidayBest Gulf, a leading tour operator based in Dubai, is looking for a detail-oriented Inbound Operation Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound travel operations for UAE, including hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers, and excursions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Prepare itineraries, costing, and travel documents for clients.
- Provide operational support to B2B and B2C clients.
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders for seamless travel experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in inbound operations in UAE travel & tourism.
- Strong knowledge of UAE hotels, attractions, and DMC services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
