We are looking for a skilled Indian Chef who specializes in authentic Indian dishes for lunch and dinner service. The chef should be able to prepare a variety of North and South Indian meals with traditional flavors, high quality, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily Indian dishes (veg & non-veg) such as sabzis, dals, biryanis, curries, rotis, parathas, rice, etc.
- Maintain authentic taste and presentation across all meals.
- Plan weekly and monthly rotating menus with variety and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure proper portioning, freshness, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Work with kitchen team to meet prep and packaging timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in Indian cooking (tiffin, catering, or restaurant).
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, techniques, and recipes.
- Ability to prepare food in bulk with consistency.
- Clean and professional work habits.
- Team player with a passion for Indian cuisine.
