We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Indoor Sales Executive to join our sales team. Arabic language fluency is compulsory for this role. The company will provide you with qualified leads, allowing you to focus on converting inquiries into successful sales. You will work from our office, assisting walk-in clients and handling phone or online inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads provided by the company and convert them into sales
- Engage with walk-in and phone-in customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and contracts
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Participate in showroom promotions and product displays
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
- Proven sales experience, preferably in indoor or telesales (0-1 years)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a persuasive approach
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
