We're hiring a bilingual (English/Arabic) Influencer & Social Media Manager to lead influencer strategy, manage our multi-platform social media presence, and support client servicing efforts. The ideal candidate understands digital and cultural trends in both languages, creates engaging content, builds strong partnerships, and ensures client satisfaction to boost brand visibility locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Identify, vet, and onboard influencers and content creators across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and others, with a focus on English and Arabic-speaking markets.
- Manage all aspects of influencer partnerships, including negotiations, briefing, timelines, content approvals, and campaign execution.
- Develop and implement influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain and update a structured influencer database and track campaign performance through relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Support client servicing by maintaining clear communication on influencer campaign progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Social Media Management
- Create and implement a bilingual social media strategy that supports overall marketing objectives and enhances brand awareness.
- Develop and publish original, engaging, and culturally relevant content in both English and Arabic across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to community interactions, and manage brand reputation across markets.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and recommend adjustments to improve engagement and growth.
- Stay informed about platform updates, social media trends, and competitor activity within both language regions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, and client servicing.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and regional social media dynamics, particularly in the MENA region.
- Demonstrated experience in managing influencer partnerships and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Proficient with social media management tools and influencer marketing platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Phototshop) is considered an asset.
