We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage the operations of our education institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic administration, leadership, and business development within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and manage academic and non-academic staff to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive student enrollment targets through strategic planning and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of academic delivery and student satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs efficiently.
- Represent the institute in academic and industry events to build and enhance reputation.
- Coordinate with the head office and other branches for policy implementation and strategic alignment.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven leadership in managing educational institutions or similar setups.
- Strong understanding of education regulations, curriculum standards, and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to drive results through team collaboration and innovation.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development within the education industry.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the education industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
