Handle all IT-related assets across the Head Office and outlets.
Keep accurate records of assets assigned to active and exited employees, and across outlets.
Track movement of IT assets between staff and outlets.
Monitor the working condition of all IT assets and ensure timely maintenance.
Raise PRs for new assets in MS Dynamics/Approval Max, ensuring approvals are routed via Wrike.
Manage supplier and vendor relations, including price negotiations and service contracts.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all hardware (laptops, desktops, tablets, POS, routers, etc.) with tagging and documentation.
Oversee software license renewals, subscriptions, and ensure timely updates across systems.
Create, manage, and decommission user accounts (email, Slack, POS, cloud apps) for new joiners and leavers.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data protection, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on system health, asset status, and pending renewals.
Implement, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and real-time resolution of issues.
Maintain proper documentation of systems, software licenses, inventory, and vendor records.
Set up and monitor internal networks (LAN/WAN) across sites.
Serve as first-level IT support for outlets and the Head Office, resolving incidents without escalation wherever possible.
Carry out routine maintenance, system health checks, and updates of IT systems and hardware.
Set up and maintain CCTV cameras and security systems.
