Job Purpose:
To manage the company’s IT infrastructure, develop and maintain a professional and user-friendly website, and lead digital marketing initiatives to support business growth and enhance customer engagement. This role combines IT support, web development, and digital marketing skills to ensure optimal online performance and efficient internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Support & Infrastructure Management
- Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain office computers, printers, routers, and servers.
- Implement and monitor data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Manage web hosting environments, DNS settings, SSL certificates, and server
security.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT systems and configurations.
2. Website Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website with updated travel packages,
forms, and offers.
- Integrate booking engines, payment gateways, and CRM platforms.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and user-centric.
- Monitor website speed, resolve bugs, and troubleshoot technical issues.
3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media, and email
platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO/SEM techniques to boost organic traffic.
- Manage content strategy including blogs, landing pages, and promotional material.
- Set up and optimize PPC campaigns; monitor performance and ROI.
- Use analytics tools to assess marketing effectiveness and apply data-driven
improvements.
4. CRM System Administration
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and daily use of CRM systems (e.g.,
HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Develop automation workflows to improve customer lifecycle management.
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Integrate CRM with marketing tools and website forms.
5. Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing
- Design and launch email campaigns with personalized content and automation
sequences.
- Manage WhatsApp and SMS promotional communications.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and optimize for higher engagement.
6. Social Media & Online Presence
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendar.
- Create engaging multimedia content to attract and retain followers.
- Launch paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor community interaction and respond to inquiries promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT support, website development, and
digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing
tools.
- Proficiency with Linux server environments (Ubuntu, CentOS, Alma Linux).
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Fresh sales.
Technical Skills:
- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Hosting & security: DNS, cPanel, SSL, firewalls.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager.
- Email tools: Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Familiarity with travel CRMs or online booking systems.
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) for web and marketing use.
