We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery and Civil Draftsman to join our interior design and fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate drawings for joinery and interior civil works, aligned with project specifications, site conditions, and design intent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings for joinery items such as cabinets, wardrobes, doors, counters, and partitions
- Develop civil-related drawings for interior works, including wall elevations, ceiling layouts, and flooring plans
- Coordinate closely with designers, project managers, and site teams
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant feedback
- Ensure all drawings follow industry standards and are submission-ready
- Maintain drawing files and records in an organized system
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in joinery and civil drafting, preferably in the interior fit-out industry
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with drawing standards
- Excellent knowledge of joinery details, materials, and installation methods
- Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Strong coordination and communication skills
