About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering innovative and practical design solutions. This is a full-time role ideal for professionals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in architecture and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare presentation materials, 3D models, and visualizations.
- Coordinate with senior architects and consultants to develop design packages.
- Support the preparation of construction documents and drawings.
- Conduct site visits and assist in documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficient in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong design and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
