Job Description: - Develop concepts for high-rise buildings from scratch in AutoCAD, ensuring alignment with standards and coordinating with internal/external architects and draftsmen for detailed drawings. - Evaluate feasibility reports, review and approve architectural/engineering plans, and ensure designs meet regulatory and construction standards. - Collaborate with MEP, Structural, and ID teams to fully integrate services into the building design, ensuring end-to-end project completeness. - Manage authority approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees), conduct site inspections, supervise consultants, and provide technical guidance throughout the plan review and execution process.
Requirements
- Male, 45 years old and below - Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering - Minimum 10 years mandatory experience as an Architect with Developers/Arch Consultant and minimum 7 to 8 years in Dubai with real estate developers / consultants - Must have PMC/PMO experience within a reputable PMC International firm
