Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to manage appointments and client inquiries
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure efficient daily operations
- Process client payments and manage daily cash flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception and waiting areas
- Provide administrative support to salon management and staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in salon reception or administrative role
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic salon software systems
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Fluency in English
- Professional demeanour and appearance
