Our smart technology/ecology/IoT company is seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Automation Developer to build and optimize automated prospection systems that will drive our business growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - ESSENTIAL
- High motivation and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong Python programming skills for pandas for API development and integration
- Proficiency in Power BI for advanced analytics and reporting
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate)
- Experience with Apollo.io platform and lead generation tools
- Knowledge of Zapier for workflow automation and integrations
- Understanding of CRM systems and sales funnel optimization, such as KPI
- Experience with API integrations and data manipulation
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Knime knowledge is a plus
Note: While experience with all tools mentioned is preferred, we value excellent English skills, motivation, and strong foundational knowledge in automation and lead generation above having every specific tool experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive lead generation mechanisms and automated prospection workflows
- Build Python scripts to integrate various APIs and automate data collection processes
- Create sophisticated Power BI dashboards for lead tracking, conversion analysis, and ROI reporting
- Leverage Office 365 suite to streamline lead management and team collaboration
- Configure Apollo.io for targeted prospect identification and automated outreach campaigns
- Design Zapier workflows to connect different platforms and automate repetitive tasks
- Optimize lead scoring systems and qualification criteria
- Implement automated follow-up sequences and nurturing campaigns
- Monitor and continuously improve automation performance and conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies
- Generate regular reports on lead generation performance and recommendations for improvement

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
