Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily leasing operations and accurately prepare contract documents.
- Coordinate effectively with prospective and existing clients, addressing their inquiries with high professionalism.
- Build strong client relationships and effectively manage expectations.
- Continuously manage and update the leasing database.
- Assist in preparing periodic leasing-related reports.
- Ensure full compliance with all leasing policies, procedures, and relevant local regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
