We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in finding suitable rental properties, providing property tours, preparing leasing agreements, and delivering exceptional service throughout the leasing process.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a solid understanding of the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Conduct property viewings and explain features, pricing, and lease terms to prospective tenants.
Maintain updated listings of available properties for rent.
Negotiate leasing terms and close deals in a professional manner.
Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
Coordinate with landlords and property owners for property availability and handover.
Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in leasing, real estate, or property sales (preferred in UAE market).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good knowledge of local rental market trends and laws.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in English; other languages such as Hindi or Arabic are a plus.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
