Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Leasing Officer to manage the leasing process of residential and/or commercial properties. The Leasing Officer will be responsible for sourcing prospective tenants, closing lease agreements, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and achieving occupancy targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote available properties through digital platforms, listings, and site visits.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and address inquiries effectively.
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions in line with company policies.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, tenancy contracts, and renewal documents.
- Ensure timely rent collection and coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, occupancy status, and client database.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure units are in leasable condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve tenant complaints promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field .
- Proven experience as a Leasing Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and leasing regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software .
