We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor with expertise in real estate law to join our dynamic team and safeguard our operations through sound legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor legal risks in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
- Draft and negotiate real estate transaction agreements.
- Prepare routine leases, amendments, and related legal documents.
- Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before executing real estate transactions.
- Manage regulatory compliance and provide legal support for operations.
- Represent the company in property purchases, sales, and disputes.
- Defend against municipal code litigation when necessary.
- Provide legal and general advisory services for a large-scale real estate portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations is a must.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Arab Nationality is a must.
- Immediate Joiner will be prefered .

Experience:
