Job Vacancy – HR Legal Specialist / Officer
Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking to hire an experienced HR Legal Specialist / Officer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review employment contracts and agreements in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Provide legal advice and support to the HR department.
- Monitor and implement updates to labor laws and relevant regulations.
- Manage internal investigations and resolve labor disputes.
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (experience in HR or the construction sector is preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws.
- Excellent communication and legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
