Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and qualify incoming legal service leads to ensure they meet internal criteria before assigning them to Client Relationship Managers or Legal Consultants.
- Conduct outbound verification and follow-up calls to confirm lead details, assess legal service needs, and gauge interest level.
- Collaborate closely with legal sales teams to optimize lead flow, conversion strategies, and client engagement.
- Handle inbound inquiries, provide basic information about legal services offered, and redirect qualified leads appropriately.
- Ensure all leads are contacted within the required timeframe to maximize conversion potential.
- Provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion status, and call performance to the Sales Manager.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback on lead sources and client behavior trends.
