We’re Hiring – Legal Counsel (2–3 Years UAE Experience)
Allied Vision is looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Advise management on risk assessment and legal strategies.
- Liaise with external counsel when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years of legal practice within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor and corporate laws.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
