Job Description: ? Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene. ? Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. ? Manage budgets, costs, and KPIs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. ? Ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications: ? Male Levant nationals preferably in their 30s ? Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field ? At least 3-4 years of restaurant management experience with Levant or Middle Eastern cuisine. ? Strong leadership, financial management and customer service skills with sound knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and standard operating procedures.
