*Key Responsibilities:* 1. Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures 2. Supervise and lead a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff 3. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints 4. Maintain high-quality food and beverage standards 5. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control 6. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth 7. Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses 8. Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment 9. Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team 10. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu planning and execution meet restaurant standards *Requirements:* - Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations - Basic math skills and ability to manage finances - Passion for providing exceptional customer service *Working Hours:* May include evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on restaurant operating hours.
