1. Vehicle Operation
- Drive light vehicles to transport personnel, clients, or goods.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules.
- Ensure safe driving practices in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
2. Vehicle Maintenance
- Conduct daily checks (oil, water, brakes, lights, tire pressure, etc.).
- Report any mechanical issues immediately to the supervisor or maintenance department.
- Ensure cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
3. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate vehicle logs, including mileage, fuel usage, and trip details.
- Complete delivery or pickup forms and obtain necessary signatures.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or delays promptly.
4. Customer Service
- Greet passengers or clients professionally.
- Assist passengers with loading/unloading or accessing the vehicle when needed.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during transport.
5. Compliance and Safety
- Wear required safety gear (if applicable).
- Adhere to internal policies on driving and vehicle usage.
- Maintain valid driver’s license and any required permits or certifications.
6. Time Management
- Ensure punctuality for pickups and deliveries.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and optimize fuel usage.
