- Prepare and cook menu items following standards and portion sizes.
- Ensure food is cooked safely, hygienically, and to proper quality.
- Follow daily prep and station set-up instructions and checklists.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations.
- Label, store, and rotate food according to safe food handling procedures.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
- Comply with health and safety and food hygiene standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
