Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and actively seek out property buyers and sellers
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Assist clients throughout the sales and leasing process
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the company’s overall performance
- Keep up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market, trends, and legal guidelines
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable
- Familiarity with property portals like Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.
- Social media marketing knowledge is a plus
- Must have own visa or be on a spouse/family visa
Compensation:
- 100% Commission-based
- Attractive commission structure and incentives
