Job Summary
The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for coordinating documentation activities between the Sales and Transport teams, managing SAP processes, and ensuring compliance with import/export requirements. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, proactive coordination, and adherence to all relevant regulatory protocols.
Key Responsibilities
1. Documentation & Coordination
- Collaborate with the Sales team to plan and execute advanced documentation processes for upcoming tasks.
- Coordinate with Transport for timely and accurate document preparation.
- Ensure that all documentation requirements are met in advance for smooth operations.
2. SAP Operations
- Manage SAP processes, including:
- Sales order management
- Invoicing
- Packing list preparation
- Chamber/MOFAIC documentation
- Delivery advice processing
- Place production orders in SAP when required.
3. Import/Export Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with protocols for import, export, and cross-ride shipments.
- Collect all necessary details before initiating import/export processes.
- Obtain approvals from relevant authorities such as:
- Dubai Chamber
- MOFAIC (Local)
- Import/Export MOFA
- Ministry of Health (MOH)
- Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA)
- Verify and maintain records of approvals based on product requirements.
4. Payment & Reporting
- Submit all payment reports from the Logistics department to the Accounts team on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Organize and sort all payment-related bills and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to resolve any payment discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation requirements and compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
