Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of logistics processes, facilitating effective communication with suppliers and vendors, and optimizing inventory management to support our operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring logistics operations, including shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and order processing activities.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
- Utilize logistics management software to track and report on inventory and shipment status.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with logistics management software or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Knowledge of logistics processes including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Experience working with logistics software tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance standards.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
